Truck driver
We are looking for a certified truck driver C(E) who will be responsible for the safe, accurate delivery of goods to our customers. You have extensive experience in operating and maintaining trucks assigned to you. You are able to work professionally with our team to follow the routes as optimally as possible, have a clean driving record and are able to submit a VOG.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers safe and on time
- Loading and unloading of cargo
- Creating and providing the requested documents
- Refuel and clean the vehicle
- Inspect and communicate about problems, follow incident procedures
- Plan routes using a GPS system
- Positive and professional attitude towards others around you
Requirements
- Category C(E) driving license
- In possession of a valid code 95
- Having a clean driving record
- Submit a VOG
- Submit a medical certificate

Freight forwarder
To support our logistics department, we are looking for freight forwarding specialists who are responsible for handling export and import shipments, from putting together a quotation, to actual transport handling and billing. In your role, you support our customers by working out tailor-made transport plans, providing helpful information and responding to complaints. You are responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and generating the required documentation. You are able to build and maintain a strong partnership with key carriers and vendors. You are able to submit a VOG.
Responsibilities
- Handle Export and Import shipments from A to Z; from quoting and planning phase up to final billing
- Coordinate with customers and carriers
- Provide customers with tailor-made transport solutions
- Handle customers requests and complaints
- Create files, place bookings, coordinate day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with shipping instructions and planning and resolving any issues
- Inform the customer correctly and in time about the shipment
- Follow the course of the shipment until arrival
- Signal or correct mistakes and resolve issues, ambiguities, incompleteness’s that were escalated by employees whether or not in agreement with your direct manager
- Monitor the operational performance of carriers and other vendors and create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered
- Ensure profit maximization while keeping customer’s best interest at heart
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in logistics / supply chain management
- Proven experience in transportation with strong knowledge of FTL handling as a minimum requirement. Experience in handling LTL, IMDL, and Air/Sea shipments are considered a plus
- Strong knowledge in freight forwarding
- Proven experience in customer service
- Multitasker and strong organizer
- Advanced knowledge on industry-specific guidelines and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate persuasively whilst demonstrating adaptability and empathy
- Problem-Solving and able to work under pressure
- Languages: Native Dutch and very good verbal and written knowledge of English. Good knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus

Transport planner
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced transport planner to create, optimize and manage transport planning. The planner’s responsibilities include, but not limited to: monitoring driving program, sharing updates with the management, resolving potential issues as efficiently as possible within time and budget.
Responsibilities
- Review orders to create appropriate driving schedules
- Address and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays in the transportation process
- Coordinate transportation activities in accordance with equipment, labor and fleet availability
- Make changes in transportation planning to ensure deadlines are met
- Generate and follow up performance reports, submit them to management in a timely manner
- Proactively informing the relevant departments about changes in the current transport planning
Requirements
- A degree in supply chain management, business management or related field is preferred
- Demonstrable experience as a transport planner is a plus
- Multitasker and strong organizer;
- Knowledge on industry-specific guidelines and adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Problem-Solving and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Languages: Native Dutch and very good verbal and written knowledge of English. Good knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus
